Taking risks mean that you are willing to take actions outside of your comfort zone. It means living a life in a way that allows you, even challenges you, to expand yourself beyond who you know yourself to be. A certain amount of resistance is normal, but you have to remind yourself that the way you have been living is what has produced the life you now have. There is simply no way to change your life without changing how many risks you are willing to take.
