About Jillian:

Have you ever struggled to love your body? Today on The Couragecast we’re talking about the relationship we have with food and our bodies. We talk about the intuitive eating, body knowing, body positivity movement and what really happens when we weight cycle. Our guest today, Dr. Jillian Murphy ND is passionate about helping people make peace with food and their bodies. 

Dr. Jillian Murphy is a registered, licensed Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. She has dedicated the past 8 years to studying the psychology of eating, the relationship between weight and health, Intuitive Eating, and the most in-the-know strategies for exiting the diet cycle and pursuing health outside of diet culture.  She works with adults and children, helping them normalize their weight, growth, body image and relationship with food. Jill is working toward becoming an affiliate of The Ellyn Satter Institute from a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective.
