What would it feel like for you to create beautiful rhythms within your life in business today on the podcast? I'm talking to my good friend, and breathwork facilitator, Amanda Clarke.
Logically we know right? If she can do it, so can I, we know that logically we know that, like we've been told, we can create anything that we set our minds too. And that's great. But what breathwork has done for me is it's helped me with this deep inner knowing within myself, like, I feel like the energy in my body has completely shifted into the point but it now believes with me, which is like, I don't any other way to describe it. It's just, but it's like, now my whole being to the very core wholeheartedly knows that what I'm after is absolutely possible.

Hey there, welcome to the Couragecast. My name is Andrea, I'm so glad that you're joining me today. If this is your first time tuning in, I would love to connect with you over on Instagram at Andrea Crisp coach or you can find the podcast at the dot Kirche cast. And I have very special guest Amanda Clark, who is really become a dear friend we met in a mastermind a few years ago. And last year, I had the opportunity of coaching Amanda, and she just went through such a beautiful, beautiful season of life that she is going to tell you all about. And she has now become a breathwork facilitator and I was so privileged to be one of the first people to ever experience one of her breathwork sessions. And she is absolutely phenomenal. And today we're gonna be talking about creating rhythms in life. And I know that you know, as coaches, entrepreneurs, and for some of you who are moms, that is something that is so important to you to find that time for yourself, and to really create space to put yourself first. And I've even been thinking about this in my own life. Because we cannot pour from an empty cup, we have to be filled up. And in order to do that, we need to take those moments, any moment that we can to really fill up. So whether that's through breath work, or going and getting a massage or taking a dance class, however that works for you, I just encourage you to really create that time and that space for you. But if you've never tried breathwork, I highly recommend you're going to love this episode. So without further ado, here's my conversation with Amanda. Amanda, welcome to the Couragecast, I am so thrilled to talk to you. I've been waiting for this day, we're gonna talk all about your journey to really heal yourself, and to help moms and women everywhere really step into a really amazing rhythm into their life. So welcome to the podcast. Thank you so
much for having me. I've been so excited for this one.
I need to I need to you know, we've known each other for a while I'm gonna let you introduce yourself in a second. But we met in fast foundations. And honestly, like I look back at that time. And I think to myself how many incredible connections I made during those, you know, those months that we were all together. And it really was true. They were everything they said was true. It's like you these are going to be people who you do life with. And even though we're very far apart geographically, we've become very close in so many other ways. And so I'm just really glad to, to talk to you and to talk about your journey. So yeah, excited I am to and I love that. I think yeah, I've made so many connections in that last round. And it's just been so fun to see how much we've all grown since then.
I know right? Yeah. Yes. I think you know, for people who are thinking about like what is a container look like any kind of like group container. And oftentimes, really like it can be uncomfortable at times when you're in the beginning stages of it. But when you are committed to connecting, and you're committed to actually finding those people, those people are with you. And I have so many of them that are, that are still in my world right now, like, currently, like, every week, so it's pretty cool. But that's not what we're here to talk about. Even though it is amazing. We're here to talk about your journey. And and I've loved watching you just completely come into your own over the past year. But please tell us a little bit about who you are and who you serve.
Yes. So I am a mama to four. And I was one of those teen pregnancy statistics that thought my life was over, put myself up on the shelf. I think this is a common thread like amongst moms is putting yourself up on the shelf, forget my dreams, I need to take care of everybody else. This is sort of what society deems normal. So I fell into that trap. And I was just a victim to my circumstance for many years. And one day, I remember two kids in just sitting there on the floor. And I remember they were crying. And I had been so overwhelmed with life living paycheck to paycheck, we were a two working household, I was trying to stay on top of everything. And I I love I would like love to say that this big epiphany just dropped down from the sky. But what it really was, I just got pissed. I just got pissed. And I just decided I'm done living life this way. And something in me in that moment just shifted. And that led me down this whole journey of getting started and personal development to hiring my first coach, which I also just want to say is like a terrifying thing, especially for us moms, who I was like the mom who would used to say, January boxes of diapers, I could buy for that. Or do you know how many months of groceries that would cover? And yeah, I never truly saw the value in investing in myself until I got desperate. And I realized I couldn't do it on my own, made that investment in myself. And everything changed. And that's just like, led me to where I am now is now I'm a mentor for moms. And I have a podcast. And I'm like four weeks away from being certified as a breathwork facilitator. And it's just so exciting and so amazing to see how far you truly can come in life once you just decide to make that decision that you're just done. Living life this way. And it's time to change.
Yes, gonna create your own rules, you're gonna live by your own your own playbook. I love that. Yeah, you know, I, I can resonate. Even though I'm not a mom, I can resonate with that feeling of like, doing everything for everyone else. And that feeling of you know, putting everyone before you, I know that there's so many women who feel as though everyone else is more important than them. And even if they're like, they feel like oh, I think I'm important. They don't actually live. Like they are important. So all of everyone else's needs. Maybe it's your job, maybe it's your, your extended family, maybe it's your parents, you know, I hear that a lot with my clients who are like, yeah, like, you know, I'm in the cycle where I'm still living out what they want me to do. And I'm a full adult, I'm a full grown, like, dress me when I say that's the thing, that's a real thing, like, so whether or not you are, you know, trying to figure out how to balance with kids. And I know you always say with kids in tow, which I always like one of your tag lines. Or in my case, my parents in tow, right? It's the opposite way. But you know it putting yourself first and allowing yourself to really show up for yourself is is so important. I would love to know, you know, what were some of the things that you had to put in place for yourself, when you made that realization and to really start showing up more for you.
Yeah, I'm surrounding myself with different people. I realized, you know, I had a few friends who just like to bitch and complain about their kids and their husbands. And that was just like, typical conversation. And I think when you finally make that decision, and you gain that awareness with yourself, you really start to notice the things that you've been surrounding yourself with. So yeah, that was one of them. And then I just had to start making time for me and being like, what does this look like? Where do I even begin? I had no freaking clue where to begin. But I had remembered this journal my nana gave me and I used to journal a little bit as a kid, I would just like write dinky things, you know, like, my cat's name is this. And we did this today, like, so yeah, my Nana had given me a journal. And inside the cover she had tucked in this magazine article that talked about the benefits of journaling on your mental health. And I was like, time to pull back out this journal that she gave me as a child that I had been packing around, wow, with all of our moves, I don't know why I kept all I'm gonna have cats on it, like, have to hold that one. And hold it back out. And just I started small, I would just journal what my days look like or what I was thinking. And I don't think I truly realized the power of that, even after reading the article, you know, it's one thing to like, read something and know it logically. But until I started putting that into practice, and just making that time for myself, I started recognizing the power. And then I feel like that just started to snowball into other things like I've always kind of worked out and ate healthy. But getting back into that routine. Because once I had kids, of course, like throwing myself on the backburner again, so it just started snowballing into all of these other things, to now just having different rhythms put into place in my day, that, yeah, keep me on track and give me the space that I need to then show up and have the capacity to handle all my kids every single day.
Which, you know, is amazing to me, because for as much as I do see you and talk to you. Like you're very present when you are, you know, with us. And it's so it's interesting, it's not like, I feel like you're you've been really able to kind of like find that healthy balance of, you know, this is the time with my kids. This is what I feel like is important. And this is where I'm showing up for me and for, you know, people who I'm working with.
Yeah. And I think that's also I think more of that has come because I know in an interesting season because I didn't always used to feel this way. Because my kids were little Yeah, and trying to do it and the mom guilt creeps in. And you're trying to put these boundaries in place and your kids don't always understand them because they're toddlers. And yeah, to now I've shifted into all of my kids are now on all day school. And so right. It's like this beautiful, beautiful thing. I don't know, I never cried when my kids went to school, my sister in law's are like bawling their eyes out. And I'm like, what? Like, have a good day. See? Yeah, but they want school to like, they love going and seeing their friends.
Yeah. But I think it just makes it really easy for me to find. To be able to be present here and not have to have like a listening error. Not that I not that you have to. But you know, when you're trying to work and you've got little kids running around, it's kind of like you've got one year listening for your kids before. This is before hiring a sitter and doing all of that, but and then you're trying to be present in front of the screen with the person that you're with, and it just doesn't work. And now it's like the stench.
Now, how old are your kids? What are the ages of 15, 12? Nine and seven?
Okay, so great age, you know, kind of like all in this one. And they're all moving out? Yeah, they're all yoke. Yeah. And self sufficient at this point. Yep. You know, they could get a snack and a drink.
Absolutely. We Yes. Yes. And they figured out not to climb the shelves, so that they fall down.
Yeah, yeah. And, you know, having them you know, even having them aware of like, what you're doing, I think probably makes a huge difference to write to, you know, and then being able to be present with them. Now, I know that you've been through, you had a lot go on this this past year that kind of led you to a new journey in your own business, but more so even personally. And that is becoming a breathwork facilitator. I love to know, you know what happened? What was the kind of the catalyst for you to move into that into that area of your business? Yeah.
So as you know, when we weren't together last year, I came to you I was a freakin hot mess. I was like, I got to shyly I had too many coaches, too many voices in my ears. I had lost touch with myself and started down that path. And that led to me asking myself okay, if I want to get in the room with my ideal clients, well at the time my ideal clients were photographers and business to help them build their businesses. And I had joined this mastermind and it ended up being a very terrible fit and really brought up as you know us It Thanh, it triggers like, it was so triggering. You helped me work through a lot of that, too. Then I was like, I'm not jumping into anything. And so I did. I have nothing from me until October. Well, at the very end of September, I had kind of already been on this journey through the summer, like I had found like Gabby Bernstein, and just some of that, like, coming back to me, right, healing myself. Yes. And she started talking about like healing trauma and how healing trauma and like, the ways that we sleep clenching their jaw at night holding a fist, I find out I think I sleep with fists, because my hands are like sore sometimes in the morning. So just all these interesting realizations I began having. So I was searching for something to help me heal. But I knew I wanted it to be something that I could help others with, too. And then come September, my dad got hit by a car, he was going across the crosswalk in a car hit him. And by like a week and a half, and that was September 30, about a week and a half in, I was just getting desperate, like I had just been thrown into this. And for those of you who don't know, like my dad, and I haven't always like the relationship was difficult. And we weren't very present in each other's lives at the time that this happened. But I was very comforted within myself, like I felt very good about where our relationship was at. Because, yeah, I had put in the effort. And I had tried, and it just like, wasn't working. But it kind of threw me back into this space of, oh, my gosh, I have so much more than I thought that like, I just need to heal and work through and do all of this. And what's interesting is, somehow, I found myself on the PAs website, I booked a call, which I like, swore I wasn't going to book another sales call, because the last one, you know, and it's just like, I ended up booking a call, don't even know why. on the call with the sweetest girl, talking me through everything, and I'm asking her all these questions. And for some reason, it felt like a full body. Yes, I had a little bit of resistance, because I didn't know what breathwork was. But I knew it was another tool. And I knew that I had done the mindset work. And it wasn't mindset work that I needed, I just knew. So I jumped into the program on a Friday, it started on Monday, my dad passed away Wednesday, the following Saturday. So like a few days after I was already registered for this retreat. What I didn't know was that they were hosting a live breathwork session. So they did the breathwork session. And it's like in that session, it was so powerful, so powerful. And I knew I was exactly where I needed to be. And it was just so interesting. And I feel like watching my dad take his final breath. Like breathed a whole new sense of purpose into me, it's like I took my first breath, like really took my first breath in life and realized this is my purpose. And then going through his house after he passed away. He had binders full of mindset work that he had been doing. And so your circumstance was not for lack of trying. And his behavior. And His attitude was not for lack of trying. But he needed a different tool. And he didn't have it.
I think that's such a beautiful story. And I appreciate you sharing it, because what a vulnerable place to be, first of all, you know, for you in in that place in your life. And I remember when it was happening, having some conversations with you and how you navigated the whole thing. And really kind of even like going into that journey yourself and really releasing physically, you know, kind of the things in your own life that happened, which is a beautiful outcome of breathwork. Yeah. And how helpful it is. How has breathwork specifically helped you in your own journey?
Oh, man, I don't even know who I was back in October.
We'll just say that. Like, yeah, I don't even so, for me, especially in my business well, and in my life, it's like, yeah, logically we know right? If she can do it, so can I we know that logically, we know that like we've been told, we can create anything that we set our minds to, and that's great. But what breathwork has done for me is it's helped me with this deep inner knowing within myself. Like I feel like yeah, the me ergy in my body has completely shifted into the point that it now believes with me. Which is like, yeah, I don't know any other way to describe it. It's love that but it's like, now my whole being to the very core wholeheartedly knows. Yeah, that what I'm after is absolutely possible.
I love that. I love that. And that is like what a huge shift, you know to have when you started offering breathwork for your practicum I jumped at the chance. Oh, my gosh, yeah, Hello, come on. And for those of you who are who listened to podcast, you know, pretty regularly. You know, I love a good modality. I'm all about learning new things. I love to explore. I love self development. I love everything. And I'm definitely willing to try things. And I had tried breathwork before I had done group sessions on on different, like, occasions, one was like there were pre recorded, a couple of them were alive. And I really didn't know the person. I kind of knew who they were. But anyways, I it didn't. It did not sit with me. Like I was like, Okay, no, this is not for me. Like, I'm like, I don't know what people are getting out of this. But I'm not getting nothing out of it. And so I kind of like, move to the side to be honest with you. Like I was like, Yeah, okay, get it breathing. And I really had this sense that I'm like, you were telling me all the time. I cried during it. And I'm like, what I was like you cried her. I was like, I don't even get how, why you're crying about this, like, like, I was so not connected at all to it. And but I was like, You know what I am willing to, to give it another try. And so I booked a session with you. And in our first session, it was just beautiful. Like, it was just so beautiful. And I remember afterwards, I think we were focusing on was creativity for me. And immediately following that, while even during it, I had some ideas pop up for me and things that are starting to come to the surface. I was like, Oh, wow, that's pretty cool. Like, that was what's what was happening for me in that. And I was like, this is an area which I can tap into, that I didn't understand or didn't know that I could tap into. And, and I have to say this and it was I was talking to a friend afterwards. And I was sharing about our session and sharing about like how I felt. And she said to me, she said, you know, Andrea, it's so important who you work with. Because you have to be energetically aligned with them in order to receive from them. So if you are working with people, and you're not even energetically aligned, it's not going to land. And so wouldn't matter if they're the best person doing that in the world. That if you are not in alignment with it, it's not going to happen for you. And I was like, Wow, that's so true. And so like, I really felt like this affinity towards like, oh, wow, like how cool that Amanda was able to that I'm energetically like, attuned to, to you, and able to receive and we've had multiple sessions since then. They've all been amazing. I'm going to have one next week. And I'm like, I love them. Now I'm a believer, I am totally converted. And it is it is really shifted in me a new way of accessing things in my own body. And in my own self that that are just really so beautiful. So I just want to thank you for that. I think I could I could not endorse you more highly. Thank you. I say that. Thank you so much. Because you're like one of my favorite people when I see your name on my calendar. And it's Andrea again.
I love that I love that. It is so it is so fun. For me to I feel like it's just it's a way of expressing. Now we've done a lot of work around, you know, what I want to bring out? Like that's kind of where we've been and I've wanted to focus because that's kind of what I felt like. It gives me that space to let it come out of my being and I love that. But one of the things that I noticed and as a singer and somebody who's a musician, I love me some rhythm and some Raph and some, you know, moving through the rhythms. How does that work? Like, you know, you're you're even working with your clients to create that rhythm. How does breathwork inform that for you and your clients?
Yeah. breathwork? Well, breathwork is a rhythm in itself. So it's creating that space, because I think as moms, how often do we stop and take time for ourselves? Even as a dog, mom? How often do you stop? I mean, it's like, she laying on the bed, she hurt
her ears, or like, you're talking about me, right?
Sure, seriously. Oh, that'so funny. Because it's been so funny to see, she kicks you during breathwork. It's funny to see how animals respond. But how often do we truly take a step back and take a moment for ourselves? Usually, we wake up, we're trying to get the kids ready for school or get the morning started, get them breakfast, get them dressed, get ready for the day. And a lot of times, it feels like this overwhelming, chaotic morning. And when when do you find time in your day to just be still. And yeah, here's how breath works helped me because I've tried the meditation thing. And I just really struggled to just sit quietly with myself now in the sunshine and on a walk as you had instructed me when we work together was great. Yeah. But to just sit with the intention of like pure meditation, I struggled. And what breath work is so nice, like, what's so nice about breath work is you have something to focus on. So instead of focusing on trying to like quiet the mind, it's like you get to focus on this pattern of breath. And you get to focus on the inhale and the exhale. And before you know it, you're out of your head, and you've dropped into your body. And yes, you get to be still. And I truly believe when we make space to just be and to get quiet and still with ourselves. We just set ourselves up for so much success. And we open up even more space for new ideas to come in. So if you're that, let's just say you're that overwhelmed mom who's like, oh, my gosh, I just want to feel more empowered within myself. Start sitting with a better question. And then you come into your breathwork session with an intention of like, I just want to empower myself, and we come up with a mantra, and then you have something to focus on. And then your brain gets to process and your subconscious will bring things up. And then as you're going about your days, these ideas start popping in and you're like, holy crap. What? What shifted? Oh, yeah, like I'm taking time for me. Because maybe Breathworks, knowing your modality, I speak very highly of breathwork, just for the reasons I've already stated, but like, yeah, I love it. And it opens you up to receiving Yeah.
And that's the thing, right? Like, I think when you can energetically connect to something, and it's done in a way that really serves you, it makes a huge difference. Right. And the one thing that I found about breathwork and that I know of already knew about it, but I discovered, you know, with working with you with is it's a safe environment for your body. Yeah. And, and, you know, I've just been even doing a lot more research lately around nervous system regulation. And I do that with my clients. Anyways, I've done it for my voice students over the years. And without even knowing it, like, it was just something I was doing. And then I'm like, oh, actually doing this. It's so funny how you're, you're led to things without knowing that you're doing them. And then you're like, Oh, I was actually already doing that. And I found that this is a great way to move things through, that your body would maybe go into fight or flight. Yeah, if you were to just bring it up. Yep. And there are a lot of times where there are traumas or there are things that are happening within you that if they stay stuck in the body, that it really inhibits you from moving forward.
Absolutely. And breathwork is a beautiful way to move those things through. And not even knowing what they are necessarily. And so and that a lot of people need that a lot of people need to not know. Yeah, like, I found that, you know, I am someone who does need to know, that's just my nature. Probably shouldn't sometimes, but, you know, I definitely do need I'm like, It's it because I'm so fascinated by human behavior, and behind the whole science of it. But there are a lot of people who are like that retriggers things if it's brought back up and it's not done in a safe environment and breathwork allows things to move through you that maybe you've been Talking with therapists for about for like 15 years, and is not being resolved. And all of a sudden, you're like you go and have breathwork session and you're like, You're crying your eyes out. Not me, but right, and it's moving through you, you know? I don't know, I'm not saying that I'm not going to cry yet, Amanda. I mean, no, you know, there's still time, there's still time. You'll just fall asleep for a few minutes here and there.
I do. And, you know, I had to ask a friend about that. And she said, You know, it's your subconscious processing through things you don't need to know. And as, like I've just said, I like to know things. And I think that there's a way, you know, in this, where things are happening, where my body says, No, we're going to process that through, and you don't need to connect to it consciously or subconsciously, it's doing the work. And consciously, you get to be disconnected from that, which I think is so valuable. And the more I've been working with you in this, and I think, you know, all of my friends who are not even in the entrepreneurial space, or maybe they're in a creative space, but they're not doing like things like coaching and like we're doing, but they are stressed out moms. Yeah. And I'm like, Oh, my gosh, like they need, like, they need to, indeed have a session with them. Because a lot of times, like as their friend, it's like, I might say things to them. And they're like, You know what I mean, when you're friends, it's a very different story. But I'm like, Oh, they need to breathe with Amanda and have an experience. So might be sending a lot of people to yeah, I'll do it. A lot of us.
I'll take it. Because yeah, yeah, I love it. And I love what you said about, we don't have to attach a story. I think that's one thing. I've also loved about it, because this is a trauma informed program. And so I've actually heard some horror stories from people in my cohort who have done other like just the short 3d programs, or the one week certification, or whatever. And, yeah, it didn't go quite as deep into learning everything that we've learned. And so they were getting reprimanded for falling asleep, or, you know, just these interesting things. And I love what you said about the subconscious just needs to like process. And I love not having to attach a story. And also knowing that, for the first few sessions, like you are in control, that's what I always tell my brothers like you are in control. If too much is coming up, release the breath. And just allow yourself to breathe naturally until you feel like you have taken back your control. And then go back into breath pattern. And allow yourself to continue to process because I think sometimes when we first dive in, we're like, Well, this is weird. And then all these emotions start coming up. And we're like, we've been taught to stuff it down, right? So we're trying to stuff it back down. And it's like, oh, my gosh, this person is seeing me sobbing these are like my thoughts too. I'm like, this person's like watching me sob here. And, you know, so still, that fear of judgment will creep in. Yeah, but then you find as you get further and further down your path, you're able to release more and more, you're able to go deeper within yourself a little bit more at each time. So just knowing when you come into your session, and I can only speak for myself. So when you come into a session with me, I am not going to be like go deeper. Like keep diving in, pull it all out. Like that's just not, that's gonna re traumatize somebody. It's like we want a Thai dream. And it's like baby steps at a time. That's what I teach through all of my coaching to is just taking those baby steps. And you get to be in control, you get to allow what comes up, even in my in person breathwork session, that was my very first in person session I ever had, I really wanted to run out the back door and just scream. And I didn't allow myself to like I held myself back because I was like, Oh my gosh, I'm gonna look like an idiot in front of all these people. So just knowing like, all of this is completely normal, and okay, so if some of those thoughts are popping up, and you're like, what is this going to entail? Knowing that you're in control, you're in control of your experience, and I'm just here to guide you into hold space, and allow you to process what you need to process through.
Yeah, I It's really It's such a beautiful experience. It really like I've I've absolutely loved it. Like, I look forward to it. And I'm like, oh, can have my breath work session. And I'm like, What do I want to focus on today? You know, like, and it's funny how it has all kind of worked with other things that I'm doing as well. So it's like been there have been moments where I'm like doing some inner healing work, and then I'll have a breathwork session. And then things start coming out of me for my business. And, you know, the inner healing kind of gave me that place to Like, move into allowing for more in into my life, which I love, because I feel like that's where I'm wanting to utilize this is like, for the more for the abundance for the how much more is there for me like, and letting my body you know, like you said earlier and you said it so beautifully. I'm not going to even say it as well as you did, but like, really let my body you know, connect and know that there is so much more for me in and what a beautiful way like I wish I'm gonna definitely when I'm editing this podcast, I'm gonna like pull that out because it's It felt so good. It's like knowing that your body knows it's it's also in agreement. Yeah. Versus I think sometimes when we're struggling or feeling challenged in some way that our body is like, Nope, no, absolutely. And even if we consciously are trying to make a decision, the subconscious is like and everything in the body is like saying no, no, no. And it really is a great way of bringing the two into alignment. Yeah,
yeah. And where I was with that. So I had heard this analogy by another coach whose program I've been in. She talked about, you're standing on one side of the road, in this cul de sac, and on the other side of the road, like just down the street, right? There's this house, and that's the house you're wanting to move into. That's your dreams and goals and whatever you're after. And along the street, there's all these trash bags. And we just have to remove the trash bags. So the trash bags can be like limiting beliefs, the stories that we've been telling ourselves, like, even other obstacles that we might have in our life, like challenges and stuff. And so we have to remove all of those to get to that house. And so that's the baby steps, we start removing them one by one. And I started becoming this person that was like, Well, I'm just somebody that has way more trash bags than everybody else. Like I just I wasn't believing it was possible for me even though logically I knew until I got my body on board. And so you can create so much safety. Yeah. It really, I cannot stress that enough. In the sense of like, if you're if you think oh, is this not exactly working for me, like the breath, the breath, it brings you literally back to existence. Without your breath, you are not alive. And and that to me just even with that is like Yes, like that is at the core of who we are is our Brocket and so allowing that to really move us through life in a very really intentional way. I think is so important. Yeah, so so important. Okay, Amanda, I love this conversation. I love you. I I am a fan. I'm a super fan. Super Amanda fan. I love you. Thank you, where can people find you? And how they how can they work with you? Yeah, so I'm on Instagram most often at Amanda Clarke studios. My website is amandaclarke.biz. And then I also have a podcast called braving the mountain.

I'll include that in Yeah. Oh, amazing. Amazing. Okay, well, I'm excited. I'll put it in there. Okay, thanks, Amanda. Thank you. One of the reasons that I love podcasting so much is because I have the opportunity to talk to amazing individuals, hear their stories, and to really just learn. And honestly Today I'm taking away something so important and valuable in my own life. And I hope that you are also taking away something important. And just realizing even that breath is a great opportunity to connect consciously and subconsciously and allow our mind and body and spirit to become one. And that is something that I am actively going to seek out and I know that I have a session booked in with Amanda coming up soon, actually, I think it's this coming week. And I'm really excited to breathe through that myself. And so if you've never tried a breathwork session, I really encourage you to, to really like Go for it. Whether it's with Amanda or someone else, but I highly recommend Amanda. This is something that I really truly believe will allow you just to create that space for yourself. And if you want to get a little taste of breathwork Amanda has a really incredible five minute breathing, freebie that you can grab. And I've included that in the show notes.
