There's nothing better than sipping on a perfect cup of coffee (yeah, I'm a coffee snob) and having a soulful conversation!

When I'm not out walking with my rescue pup Coffee Crisp (or coaching amazing clients), you can find me sitting at the piano. Music is my happy place, where I find clarity and calm.
